Hi, I'm Gayle.
I'm here to facilitate, and support you on your journey toward joyful rest.
Over the last few years I've struggled with making time for myself to rest.
I found myself physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.
It wasn't until I started getting regular bodywork and connecting to my joy of nature that I really started to prioritizing rest.
Bodywork & nature restores me in joyful rest.
I am able to truly rest, clear my head, and be present.
And that is what I want for you too.
