Steer clear of cookware that is non-stick, aluminum, or "ceramic non-stick".

Cast iron is durable and it lasts forever with proper seasoning and care. If you have a heavy metal issue you may want to choose a different material as some iron migrates into the food.

Stainless steel cookware is made to last a lifetime and are ideal for cooking acidic foods or foods that need to simmer longer.
CUISINART STAINLESS STEEL
Look for stainless steel that doesn't have any type of coating.
Avoid stainless coated in non-stick PFAS chemicals or made of aluminum.
WILDONE BAKING SHEET & RACK
