COOKWARE & BAKEWARE

You've made the switch to cooking healthy, organic food now you need to be sure the materials you are cooking on are safe too.

Steer clear of cookware that is non-stick, 
aluminum, or "ceramic non-stick".

COOKWARE:
CAST IRON

Cast iron is durable and it lasts forever with proper seasoning and care. If you have a heavy metal issue you may want to choose a different material as some iron migrates into the food.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel cookware is made to last a lifetime and are ideal for cooking acidic foods or foods that need to simmer longer.

Look for stainless steel that doesn't have any type of coating.
Avoid stainless coated in non-stick PFAS chemicals or made of aluminum.
