I am here to help you step into inner clarity and joyful rest with ease.

As a busy mom, bodyworker, coach, and nature lover. I've also struggled with making time for myself to rest. 

I've found myself physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.
It wasn't until I developed inner clarity through a daily sit spot practice that it dawned on me.

Nature restores me in Joyful Rest.

In nature I am able to truly rest, clear my head, and be present.

And that is what I want for you too.

  • We'll begin with a 30 day sit spot. This is your journey towards being in the present moment for inner clarity.
  • This 3 day virtual retreat takes place in your own backyard, local park, or your favorite nature space.
  • Day 1: Clear your energy and shift your mindset to start receiving the rest you deserve.
  • Day 2: Explore nature connection strategies and discover what brings you joy in everyday life.
  • Day 3: Tune in, listen, and trust what feels safe, nourishing, and joyful in the everyday moments you crave rest. Q & A.
  • 6 sessions over the next 4 months of intuitive bodywork and coaching to keep you accountable, and tuned in when you are craving joyful rest.
  • Access to a client portal where you can ask questions throughout your experience.
