I am here to help you step inner clarity and joyful rest with ease.
As a busy mom, bodyworker, coach, and nature lover. I've also struggled with making time for myself to rest.
I've found myself physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.
It wasn't until I developed inner clarity through a daily sit spot practice that it dawned on me.
Nature restores me in Joyful Rest.
In nature I am able to truly rest, clear my head, and be present.

HOW IT WORKS
JOYFUL REST RETREAT
A 3 day virtual retreat.

We'll begin with a 30 day sit spot journey towards inner clarity to prepare our

Prep work: One week prior to the retreat we'll start preparing our inner wisdom by discovering, connecting, and aligning with our intuitive bodies to guide us on our joyful rest journey.

Day 1: What is Joyful Rest?, using your Inner Wisdom as a guide to rest, Why use nature to find rest?, Allowing for rest.

Day 2: Sit spots, nature journaling, breathing with trees, a mindful walk, Joyful rest breaks, movement/embodiment

Day 3: Forest bathing in your own backyard, hydration, making and holding space for yourself and your unique joyful rest plan, Q & A.

Access to a client portal where you can ask questions throughout the retreat.
