There is an enormous gap in resources to support you and baby whom have experienced birth trauma. At your six week postpartum check your OBGYN disregards your pelvic pain or emotional feelings, writes you a script for birth control and says the pain will get better with time. Providers are not looking as holistically and not doing bodywork, coaching, and lifestyle changes to support, and nouirsh during your postpartum journey.
Everyday I see women asking for advice about common symptoms related to birth trauma.
"Help I am 8 weeks pregnant and this morning sickness is 24/7."
"I can't poop. I am 26 weeks pregnant and constipated. This is AWFUL what can I do?"
"I am 7 months pregnant and this pelvic pain is unbearable, sometimes can't even walk. I brought it up to my OBGYN and he just says it is a normal part of pregnancy.

That's the gap I am filling with the conventional providers that most women are working with. That's what makes this work different. It also, is not a 30 minute office visit once every couple months. I will be supporting you throughout the duration of your pregnancy and afterwards. I am here to hold you hand.

The Nourished Pregnancy program is a personalized, one-on-one 9 month program for pregnant women who want to feel supported to get the best care possible and have a happy, healthy baby. As a therapist I've worked with countless women in all stages of their pregnancy. Helping to support them through each trimester of their pregnancy.
I help guide, facilitate, and support you through each trimester changing our process as new needs arise and as your body changes.
This program integrates gentle, light-touch bodywork with personalized coaching to empower you with tools and resources throughout pregnancy and after. We work through emotional, and physical restrictions so you can relax, self-correct, and free yourself from pain, stress, and dysfunction that is common during pregnancy. It is such a calm soothing technique that allows the nervous, organ, and musculoskeletal systems to reset, release, and relax so you feel better as your body grows.

We work through each trimester changing our process as new needs arise and as your body changes.
FIRST TRIMESTER WEEKS 1-13
In the first trimester it is common to have morning sickness, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headaches, unstable emotions, anxiety, and pain. We'll work together to calm your nervous system, and empower you with tips and tricks to combat these unpleasant symptoms so you can focus on nourishing your body for a happy, healthy baby.
SECOND TRIMESTER WEEKS 14-26
By second trimester your body is changing in dramatic ways. Many women struggle adjust to their growing body and baby. Now the focus is on structural imbalances that arise from your changing body. We'll utilize bodywork to minimize pain in your ligaments, muscles, pelvic floor, and back. It's super relaxing, and can help with acid reflux, shortness of breath, and anxiety. I will continue to empower you with tips and tricks to make this trimester just as nourishing as the first.
THIRD TRIMESTER WEEKS 27-40
We continue to reduce pregnancy pain, and calm the nervous system. Bodywork is focused on gentle opening & softening techniques to make sure baby is in a good position for birth. This is beneficial for vaginal, cesarean births, & can reduce the need for an assisted delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS PROGRAM
3 x 60 minute one-on-one sessions that are a combination of bodywork and coaching to help you feel your best during each trimester of your pregnancy and empower you with tips and tricks to keep your body, mind, and baby nourished.
2 x 60 minute one-on-one sessions that are a combination of bodywork and coaching. The focus is on gentle softening and opening techniques to prepare for labor. (These need to be scheduled at 38-40 weeks.)
Educational handout about baby's development in each trimester.
Education and coaching around toxin avoidance to create a healthy body, baby, and home environment.
Resources and checklist for creating a non-toxic nursery.
Resources on selecting your prenatal care team.
