NOURISHING YOU
TO & THROUGH MOTHERHOOD
Bodywork for a happy, healthy conception,
pregnancy, birth, postpartum, & family.

FREE SELF-LOVE GUIDE

WHAT I DO
I help guide, facilitate, and support you on your  journey to and through motherhood. For a happy, healthy conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and family to not only feel your best but for you and your family to thrive.

Through gentle, light-touch bodywork known as craniosacral therapy (CST) and visceral manipulation, we work through emotional, and physical blocks in and around your nervous, musculoskeletal, and organ systems. That way every other system in your body can relax, self-correct, and free itself of pain, stress, and dysfunction that are common during conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

We'll also discuss tools and resources to ease symptoms to nourish your body as you heal.
