I am here to help you step into joyful rest with ease.
As a busy mom and coach I've also struggled with making time for myself to rest.
I've found myself physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.
It wasn't until I developed inner clarity through a daily sit spot practice that it dawned on me.
Nature restores me in Joyful Rest.
In nature I am able to truly rest, clear my head, and be present.
And that is what I want for you too.
