I am here to help you step into joyful rest with so you can show up with ease.

As a busy mom, artist, healer, and coach I've also struggled with making time for myself.

I've found myself physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally exhausted.

It wasn't until I started to prioritize myself, show up, and do the work while deepening my nature connection that is dawned on me.
Nature restores me.

Because in nature my parasympathetic nervous system is activated, repair happens, and healing occurs.

In nature I am able to truly rest, clear my head, and be present.

And that is what I want for you too.

  • Weekly energetic healing to help you relax, and release what is no longer serving you. Relax to a guided meditation as I connect intuitively to listen and follow the wisdom of your body and see where your greatest restrictions lie. I will then energetically follow and release what needs to be released in that moment. 
  • 2 monthly 1:1 private coaching and energy clearing sessions to set goals, and encourage you in making mindset shifts, release fears, limiting beliefs, emotions, and thoughts that are keeping you stuck.
  • Weekly nature connection practices to keep you grounded.
  • A follow-up email after each session to remind you of what we discussed and resources to support you.
  • Access to a client portal where you can ask questions.
  • Monthly support and accountability.
