  • 1 x 60 minute Initial Assessment to listen to your story, listen to your body's story, tap into your innate inner wisdom, discover your challenges, and determine your goals to move more freely so you feel comfortable in your own body.
  • 5 x 45 minute in person or virtual sessions to release physical pain, trapped emotions, break through limiting beliefs, blocks, and fears that are holding you back and progress you toward your health goals.
  • An personalized roadmap and recommendations about organ health, movement education from inside the body and out, and holistic ways to ease symptoms while nourishing your body as you heal.
  • We'll work focus on creating new healthy habits through mindset shifts and lifestyle strategies to move you out of pain so you'll be able to relax, self-correct, and free yourself from pain, stress, and dysfunctions that are keeping you from moving freely.
  • Recorded sessions and notes so you can review the details of our sessions together.
