SODIUM PHOSPHATE CELL SALT OF THE MONTH: STIMULATE YOUR BODY'S NATURAL HEALING PROCESS

WHAT ARE CELL SALTS?

Cell salts satisfy mineral imbalances in the body, they stimulate the body’s natural healing process. When your body lacks these important cell salts, you are more vulnerable to common health concerns. By replenishing them, your body is better prepared to treat illnesses and enjoy better overall wellness. They’re safe, gentle and easy to use remedies! Rotating through the cell salts by month gives your body the programming to work optimally with each of these key mineral compounds.

  • Continue with Nat Phos through October 23rd, then rotate to the next cell salt of the month.

Cell salts are best dissolved under the tongue or in the mouth. Next best is in water — we're looking for sips, not chugs when dissolved in water. This is because they're intended to be absorbed by the oral mucosa. Though cell salts are similar to homeopathics by preparation, they DO NOT need to be spaced 10-15 minutes away from other supplements or food. 1-3 minutes is sufficient for the tablets to be fully absorbed if taken under the tongue or in the mouth. Do your best not to touch them by first pouring the tablets needed into the lid of the cell salt bottle and then placing them in the mouth under the tongue or in a glass of water.
