I am here to help you step into inner clarity with ease.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Women's Health Coach, Bodyworker, and Healer.
I was beyond struggling with my identity and how I was meant to serve.
To say the least I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and almost ready to give up.
All I wanted was clarity on who I am, who am I meant to serve, and how it should it look.
I took more continuing education and business trainings, hoping that would be the answer.
But the truth is it wasn't.
It wasn't until I developed a daily sit spot practice that I finally started to receive clarity.
Because when you're still, present, and embodied in nature a sense of ease comes over you.
Your presence within.
You inner wisdom is ready, willing, and able to guide you toward inner clarity.
