ARE YOUR LUNGS CAUSING YOUR SYMPTOMS?

Updated: Jan 11, 2023

You've tried getting a massage, heat, physical therapy, chiropractor but nothing has helped your symptoms.

You still suffer with difficulty breathing, upper back or rib stiffness, limited shoulder or neck motion, rib dysfunction, TMJ, dysfunctional breathing pattern, or more.

You're frustrated, overwhelmed, and still in pain.

You wish you had someone there to help support, and guide you.

This is where I come in.

I listen to your body, and use an integrative approach to facilitate healing from the root cause of dysfunction in your physical, emotional, and energetic body.

Your bodies listening may take me directly or indirectly to your lungs. Where I will listen more in depth, assess, and release restrictions allowing your body to relax, self-correct, and free itself of pain, stress, and dysfunction.

WHY YOUR LUNGS MIGHT PLAY A ROLE IN YOUR PAIN OR SYMPTOMS?

The lungs pull air into our body and provide oxygen to our blood and release carbon dioxide as waste. The lungs are our first defense against pollutants in the air.

The lungs are susceptible to loss of normal movement and function when tension or restrictions arise.

WHY MIGHT YOUR LUNGS LOSE MOVEMENT OR FUNCTION?

Physical Restrictions:

  • Injury or trauma from a contact sport, car accident, or puncture wound

  • Pressure changes in the body

  • Infections in the chest, colds, throat infections from a bacteria, fungus, or a virus

  • Asthma

  • Surgery

  • Restrictions in and around other organs

  • Tumors

  • Digestive system disorders

  • Pregnancy

Toxin Overload

  • Pollutants from smoking or inhaling chemicals

  • Allergies

  • Lack of self-confidence

  • Fear of confrontation
